• New! Character Strengths Sessions
  • Intuitive Eating 1:1 Sessions
    • During the initial session, clients will meet with Jenna for 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will fill out a questionnaire and a strengths survey through Jenna’s professional profile prior to this session. Clients may purchase a printed copy of the Intuitive Eating book (4th edition) and the Intuitive Eating Workbook for your personal use.
    • 45-minute follow-up sessions can be purchased by the month or on a session-by-session basis.
    • Additionally, Jenna will review clients’ Intuitive Eating journals and provide feedback via email on weeks when she does not see clients during the duration of sessions for no extra cost.
    • Jenna is able to meet with local clients in-person or may see clients over a virtual video platform.
    • Questions about the number of sessions, cost, insurance, and the process of Intuitive Eating can be answered on the FAQ page
    • Financial assistance is available. Contact Jenna if finances would be a barrier.
  • Group Intuitive Eating Workshops
    • Jenna will offer Group Intuitive Eating Workshops on the basis of interest. A minimum of at least 7 participants is required in order for Jenna to host a Group Intuitive Eating Workshop.
    • The workshop would meet for a minimum of 4 sessions and cover the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating. Group workshops are a great way to get to know others and gain support from peers with similar experiences on your journey toward eating well.
  • Online Events
    • Follow Jenna’s Social Media platforms on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter in order to learn about online events that she will be hosting.
    • Examples of events: webinars, discussion groups, and Q & As.
  • Speaking Events
    • Jenna is able to talk with groups and organizations for 30-minute, 45-minute, or 1-hour presentations.
    • She covers the following topics: Intuitive Eating, Mindful Eating, Body Image, Self-Care, Stress Reduction, Mindfulness, Joyful Movement
